Mr Kelemen has gained international experience (in English and German language areas) and leadership background at multinational companies. Currently he develops and leads an international consultancy office owned by him.

He has supported strategy building and implementation of many large enterprises and SMEs in the past 25 years. He uses his experience to support conscious planning of the companies in the area of the Black Swan, for personal coaching of the leaders.
